Governance
Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. Comprised of 9 directors (of which 3 are outside directors) and 4 corporate auditors (of which 3 are outside corporate auditors). The Board of Directors met 19 times per year with full attendance. A voluntary Nomination and Compensation Committee has been established (meeting once per year).
Risk Management
The Company has established Risk Management Regulations, under which the General Affairs Department exercises centralized management. It identifies and analyzes risks, formulates countermeasures, and monitors progress, reporting to the Board of Directors at least once a year. In the event of an emergency, a response headquarters headed by the President and Representative Director is to be established, with a system in place to coordinate with outside experts as needed.
Shareholder Returns
The basic policy is dividends twice a year, with an annual dividend of ¥24 per share (interim ¥12 + year-end ¥12 forecast) planned for FY2026 (ending July 2026). A 1-for-2 stock split was implemented in November 2025, so the effective annual dividend before considering the split is ¥48. There is no change to earnings forecasts.
Dividend Policy

The annual dividend per share for the previous period (FY2025, ended July 2025) was ¥46 (interim ¥22, year-end ¥24).
ESG
Sustainability policy formulated based on the management philosophy of "protecting food, nurturing people." The company conducts climate change scenario analysis (1.5°C and 4°C) based on the TCFD framework, targeting a 46% reduction in CO2 emissions per million yen of sales (Scope 1 + Scope 2) by FY2030 (ending July 2030) compared to FY2013 (ended July 2013). In human capital, the company promotes diversity by securing women, seniors, and foreign nationals, aiming to raise the ratio of female managers (7.5% as of end-July 2025). The company also works on continuous strengthening of its food safety and quality control system through ISO9001 certification.
