Based on the Risk Management Regulations and the Compliance Regulations, risk is centrally managed primarily through the Risk and Compliance Committee (held quarterly), chaired by the President and Representative Director. Material risks are reported to the Board of Directors, and a framework has been established to reflect them in management strategy and business plans.
