Risk Management

The Company has established and strictly operates various regulations such as the "Crisis Management Regulations," "BCP," and "Compliance Manual." It has built a system in which risk progress is reported at monthly executive meetings and regularly reported to the Board of Directors. For GHG emissions management, the Company has introduced Asuene's cloud-based system, promoting more sophisticated, data-driven risk assessment.

Policy of continuing stable dividends targeting a DOE (dividend on equity ratio, consolidated) of 2%. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥101 per share (interim ¥50, year-end ¥51) is planned. For FY2027 (ending March 2027), ¥102 (interim ¥51, year-end ¥51) is forecast. Payout ratio is 35.0%.

ESG

Disclosures on climate change risks and opportunities are provided in line with the TCFD framework. The company is promoting a "contribution-type business" in which repair and surface modification technologies extend equipment service life, thereby contributing to customers' GHG reductions. On the human capital side, the company targets a 100% acquisition rate for JIS welding technician qualifications; the actual rate for the current period improved to 73.9% (up from 70.3% in the previous period). In occupational health and safety, the company is working toward the goal of "zero accidents."
