Governance

Dividend Policy
The basic policy is to continue stable dividends without reduction while securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening the management structure. Dividends are basically paid once a year at fiscal year-end from retained earnings, and the Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividends may be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors. The per-share dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) is ¥42 (total dividends ¥332 million, payout ratio 20.9%, dividend on net assets ratio 1.7%), compared to ¥38 in the prior period (FY2025, ending March 2025) (total dividends ¥300 million, payout ratio 27.0%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), a per-share dividend of ¥46 (payout ratio 29.1%) is forecast.
ESG
The Board of Directors, with the President and Representative Director as the ultimate person responsible for sustainability issues, provides oversight. The company is focusing on human resource development, women's advancement in the workplace (having obtained Eruboshi Stage 3 certification), and health management (certified as a 2026 Excellent Health Management Corporation), and has set targets of raising the proportion of female managers (assistant manager level and above) to 20% and achieving an average length of service of 15 years or more for both men and women by March 2030.
