The forecast dividend for FY2027 (ending March 2027) is ¥30 per share.
ESG
Positioning human capital as a source of added value, the company has set medium- to long-term targets of a 20% ratio of female managers, a 50% male childcare leave uptake rate, and a 90% gender pay gap ratio (with FY2025 actual results of 11.9%, 0.0%, and 77.5%, respectively). It has established systems for recruiting and developing diverse talent, including e-learning and overseas training programs, and is addressing sustainability risk management as a key management issue.
