Governance
The company operates as a company with an audit and supervisory committee, with a board of six directors, four of whom are outside directors. To address climate-change-related risks to oyster cultivation, the company has set a goal of expanding its supplier base from the current 68 companies to 80 companies by March 2028, promoting supply diversification. In terms of human resource development, the company maintains a 100% training participation rate at its oyster purification center, while also working on hiring foreign nationals and promoting diversity.
