Risk Management

The company has established risk management policies and a framework for business activities based on its Risk Management Regulations. The Management Planning Committee, composed of full-time directors, mutually monitors risks through information sharing across departments, and important matters are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Legal issues are handled in consultation with legal counsel, while compliance is addressed by thoroughly disseminating manuals to all officers and employees. The identification and narrowing-down of sustainability risks is also carried out by the Management Planning Committee, which reports to the Board of Directors.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is a year-end dividend paid once a year, with the annual dividend forecast for FY2026 (ending June 2026) set at ¥5.25 per share (paid in a lump sum at year-end). The actual dividend for the previous fiscal year was also ¥5.25 per share.
