Governance
Structured as a company with an audit and supervisory committee, the Board of Directors consists of 9 directors (of which 5 are outside directors). A voluntary nomination and compensation committee has been established as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, with an independent outside director serving as chairperson and outside directors holding a majority, ensuring transparency and objectivity in governance.

ESG
The company has identified seven materiality issues, setting targets to reduce Scope 1+2 GHG emissions by 50% by FY2030 versus FY2021 (actual result for the fiscal year under review: 42% reduction) and to reduce food loss by 50% over the same period (actual result: 64% reduction).
