Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. Separately, based on a resolution of the Board of Directors held on November 17, 2025, the company disposed of 228,576 treasury shares as restricted stock compensation, leaving a treasury share balance of ¥26 million (35,623 shares) at the end of the third quarter under review.
ESG
The company conducted TCFD-aligned 1.5°C and 4°C scenario analyses to identify transition risks, physical risks, and opportunities. It has designated the upcycling of underutilized resources such as eggshell membrane as a key sustainability priority, and regularly measures Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions (reduction targets to be set going forward). In terms of human capital, it has set numerical targets—with a deadline of July 2026—for the ratio of female managers, the male childcare leave uptake rate, and the gender pay gap, while promoting diversity management and health management.
