Risk Management

Based on the Risk and Compliance Regulations, the Administration Department and each business division comprehensively identify risks in a bottom-up manner, evaluating their significance along the two axes of likelihood of occurrence and business impact. After reassessment and formulation of response policies at the Management Meeting, a structure has been established whereby matters are reported to and overseen quarterly by the Risk and Compliance Committee (comprising directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members), chaired by the Representative Director and CEO.

The company continues to forgo dividends as it remains in a growth stage. Annual dividends per share are ¥0 for both FY2025 (ending December 2025) and FY2026 (ending December 2026).
