Governance
A company with a Board of Corporate Auditors, comprising 12 directors (including 4 outside directors, all of whom are independent officers). ESG
Under the "Yokorei Sustainability Vision 2030," the company has set quantitative targets for FY2030 (ending September 2030), including a "40% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions per storage capacity compared to 2015," "natural refrigerant adoption rate of 80% or higher," "80% or higher proportion of employees who feel a sense of job satisfaction," and "more than double the number of female managers compared to FY2020." The number of employees is 1,652 on a consolidated basis (63 temporary employees), with an average annual salary of ¥5,423,338 on a non-consolidated basis; no labor union has been formed.
