Risk Management

The Company has established the "Crisis Management Regulations" defining management crisis risks. Each department continuously analyzes and identifies risks and opportunities, reporting to the monthly Management Meeting and Board of Directors. When a significant risk occurs, a countermeasure headquarters headed by the Representative Director and President is established, with a system in place to prevent damage from spreading. The Internal Audit Office audits the risk management status of each department and reports to the Representative Director, forming the overall governance structure.

Shareholder Returns

Dividends are paid twice a year. For FY2026 (ending June 2026), an interim dividend of ¥36 has already been paid, and a year-end dividend of ¥46 is planned, for an annual total of ¥82 (an increase from ¥72 in the previous fiscal year). Share buybacks may be implemented flexibly by resolution of the Board of Directors as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation.

Under the Sustainability Basic Policy established in FY2022, the company has set up a Sustainability Committee chaired by the President and Representative Director. On climate change response, it has conducted 4°C and 2°C scenario analyses, and is promoting the installation of solar panels at all plants, use of waste oil fuel, introduction of eco-packs, and reduction of food loss. Net zero by 2050 is set as a long-term goal, but specific numerical targets have not yet been established. On human capital, the company has set a target of raising the ratio of female managers to 8% or more by June 2030 (actual result for the current fiscal year: 5.3%), a male childcare leave utilization rate of 25.0%, and plans to expand annual holidays to 120 days in FY2025 and to 128 days by 2028.
