  • Sluggish demand for Meat-related Seasonings due to prolonged high meat prices (both household-use and commercial-use declined year on year in FY2026, ending March 2026)
  • Incurrence of structural transformation costs associated with the reorganization of the domestic manufacturing structure (¥502 million recorded in FY2026, ending March 2026, expected to continue in FY2027, ending March 2027)
  • Profit pressure from increased depreciation (¥1,574 million in FY2026, ending March 2026, up 12.3% year on year)
  • Unforeseen fluctuations in raw material and energy prices and the logistics environment due to heightened geopolitical risk
