Governance
The company is a company with an audit and supervisory committee (transitioned in June 2018). The Board of Directors consists of 5 members (2 internal directors and 3 audit and supervisory committee members), and the company has established a Compliance Committee and a Special Compliance Committee (with 2 external attorneys), with J-SOX audits also conducted by the internal audit department (Audit Department).

ESG
The company is committed to solving environmental problems through the widespread adoption of environmental products (LED lighting, air conditioning equipment, and the water-saving device JET), targeting environmental product sales of ¥3,000 million in FY2030 (ending March 2030) (versus actual sales of ¥2,034 million in FY2026 (ending March 2026)). In terms of human capital, the company has set a target of raising the proportion of female managers to 20% by March 2030 (currently 9.0%) and the proportion of female executives to 30% by June 2030, and is promoting workplace environment improvements such as encouraging remote work and reducing overtime hours.
