The Company conducted a climate change risk and opportunity analysis in accordance with the TCFD framework. Against a target of reducing CO₂ emissions per store by 50% by the end of FY2030 (compared to FY2013 levels), the Company achieved a 58.1% reduction in the fiscal year under review. In terms of human capital, the Company is promoting women's advancement and diversity; the number of female managers at the assistant manager level and above stands at 1.67 times the FY2020 level (target: 2.0 times or more by the end of March 2026).
