This segment manufactures and sells sesame oil for household and commercial use, as well as defatted sesame, a by-product generated during the sesame oil production process. Domestically, the business covers household use (pure and blended sesame oil) and commercial use (for restaurant chains and processing users), while exports focus mainly on North America with global expansion underway. In FY2026 (ending March 2026), net sales were ¥31,401 million, accounting for approximately 78.4% of consolidated net sales, making this the core business. Profitability improved substantially due to a decline in main raw material prices and increased sales volume.
