Business Details
Leveraging know-how that enables safety activities—which logistics operators find difficult to handle in-house—to be implemented in a short time, the company operates the "TRYES Program," consisting of two services: the on-site visit service "TRYES Support" and the cloud-based service "TRYES Report." Its strengths lie in over 25 years of accumulated on-site logistics expertise and data collection/analysis capabilities, and it continuously supports the safety activities of logistics operators, primarily in the Tokai region. The Tokyo Trucking Association is a key customer, and the company is also strengthening its sales structure for the Kanto area.
Recent Overview
Higher sales and profit driven by the tailwind of new logistics-related laws, with the core business expanding steadily
In the nine months ended March 2026 (9-month cumulative for FY2026, ending June 2026), the company achieved both higher sales and profit, with net sales of ¥679 million (up 4.9% year on year) and segment profit of ¥264 million (up 4.6% year on year). Against the backdrop of demand related to the "Act on Efficiency Improvement of Physical Distribution" and the "Amended Trucking Business Act" (new logistics-related laws), which took effect on April 1, 2025, sales expanded for both TRYES Support (visit-based) and TRYES Report (cloud-based). Note that from the first quarter, the former "Consulting Business" and "CRM Innovation Business (Mobility Domain)" segments were integrated, and the segment name was changed to "Mobility Solutions Business."
Key Products
Growth Drivers

- Rapid expansion in the number of contracted companies and registered users through TRYES Report's cloud-based stock business model
- Geographic expansion through strengthened sales structure in the Kanto area
- Demand for the statutory 12-item training among small and mid-sized operators with 100 or fewer vehicles, which account for 99% of logistics operators
Risks
- Risk of demand fluctuation due to changes in the business climate and regulatory environment of the logistics industry
- Constraints on the expansion of the visit-based service (TRYES Support) due to difficulties in recruiting and training specialized staff
- System failure and security risks in the cloud service
- Price competition risk from competitors entering with similar services
