In the drug discovery support business, the company has obtained AAALAC accreditation and works on laboratory animal care, while also undertaking contract environmental impact assessment testing. In the investment and consulting business, it contributes to reducing environmental impact through the sale of refurbished multifunction printers and the handling of auxiliary materials for multi-layer glass. On the human resources front, the company is promoting the introduction of a variable working hours system and telework, the appointment of more women to management positions, and the employment of foreign national employees, but specific numerical targets have not yet been set at this time.
