Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is continuous and stable profit distribution, with an annual dividend of ¥35 planned for FY2026 (ending September 2026) (interim ¥15 + year-end ¥20). This represents a decrease from the previous fiscal year's annual ¥45 (including a ¥10 commemorative dividend) due to the drop-off of the commemorative dividend, but the substantive ordinary dividend remains at the same level as the previous fiscal year's ¥35. No change to earnings forecasts.

Dividend Policy

The basic policy is to conduct continuous and stable profit distribution, comprehensively taking into account the current fiscal year's business performance, consolidated dividend payout ratio, the company's own payout ratio, and future management measures. For FY2026 (ending September 2026), an interim dividend of ¥15 (already paid) and a year-end dividend of ¥20 are planned, for an annual total of ¥35. In the previous fiscal year (FY2025, ended September 2025), an interim dividend of ¥15 and a year-end dividend of ¥30 (including a ¥10 commemorative dividend) were paid, for an annual total of ¥45. There is no revision to the dividend forecast from the most recently announced figures.
