Company with a Board of Corporate Auditors. As of the report submission date, the Board of Directors consists of 11 directors, including 4 outside directors and 2 outside corporate auditors (all independent officers). ESG
The company established a Sustainability Committee and formulated five materialities: "stable procurement and supply of food," "consideration for the global environment," "creating a good working environment for employees," "contribution to local communities," and "strengthening governance." For FY2024 results, the company tracked CO2 emissions of 73,597 tCO2 (Scope 1+2), water usage of 212 thousand m³, and waste generation of 1,204 tons, with medium- to long-term targets to be set going forward. Regarding human capital, the company has set targets of a female manager ratio of 3% or higher and a male childcare leave uptake rate of 50% or higher by FY2030, but FY2024 actual results remained at 1.1% and 12.0%, respectively.
