Risk Management

The company strives for early detection and prevention of risks by combining board oversight, audit by statutory auditors, internal audit, routine monitoring, audit by the accounting auditor, and an internal whistleblowing system, and has established a framework in which the internal control regular meeting, business division meetings, and the board of directors share information, analyze causes, discuss countermeasures, and follow up on improvements.

Shareholder Returns

Progressive dividend policy targeting a payout ratio of around 50%. For FY2026 (ending March 2026), a dividend of ¥70 per share, including a special commemorative dividend of ¥15 for the 30th anniversary of the company's founding, was implemented (total dividends of ¥266 million, payout ratio of 62.5%). For FY2027 (ending March 2027), an ordinary dividend of ¥71 per share is planned. Share buybacks were also conducted (¥126 million in the current period).

The year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending March 2026) was set at ¥70 per share, consisting of an ordinary dividend of ¥55 per share plus a special commemorative dividend of ¥15 for the company's 30th founding anniversary (up ¥16 year on year, total dividends of ¥266 million, payout ratio of 62.5%). With human capital at its core, the company implements grade-based training and leadership training programs aimed at developing engineers as "lifelong engineers." It has set quantitative targets such as 1,000 employees (actual: 855), a 90% participation rate in grade-based training (actual: 75.7%), and a 60% rate of male employees taking childcare leave (actual: 33.3%), and is also engaged in social contribution through investment in Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) social bonds.
