Risk Management

A Risk Management Committee, chaired by the President and Executive Officer, has been established to centrally manage risks across the group. The company maintains a security and personal information protection framework certified under ISO27001 (obtained in February 2006), with the Internal Audit Department, reporting directly to the Representative Director and President, conducting cross-functional risk monitoring. Climate change risk management based on the company's TCFD endorsement (October 2023) has also been put in place.

Shareholder Returns

The basic policy is a payout ratio of 30%, with a single year-end dividend as a rule. The forecast year-end dividend for FY2026 (ending September 2026) is ¥5.21 per share (based on a 30% payout ratio applied to the full-year forecast EPS of ¥14.10).
