Governance
Company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee (transitioned in June 2024). The board consists of 10 directors (of whom 6 are outside directors), maintaining a majority ratio of outside directors. Risk Management
The company has established a Company-wide RM Committee within its Management Committee based on the "Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Regulations." Each business site operates a PDCA cycle using risk maps, and climate-related risks are managed through collaboration between the Sustainability Committee and the Company-wide RM Committee. Business continuity plan (BCP) development is also continuously reviewed.
