Risk Management

The year-end dividend for FY2025 (ending March 2025) is planned at ¥150 per share (total dividend amount of ¥1,101 million), and in May 2025, a share buyback of 103,100 shares was carried out for a total acquisition amount of ¥399 million.

Under the 'Decarbonization Vision 2050,' the company reduced product-related CO2 emissions by 23.1% in FY2025 compared to 2013 levels (exceeding the 20% target), and is advancing the development of carbon-neutral technologies such as hydrogen and ammonia combustion.
