Governance
As a company with an Audit and Supervisory Committee, the company is composed of 10 directors (including 6 independent outside directors), and has introduced an executive officer system with designated titles that separates supervision from execution. It has established a Nomination and Compensation Advisory Committee (with a majority of independent outside directors) and an Intra-Group Transactions Advisory Committee to ensure transparency and objectivity.
