Governance
The company has a board of corporate auditors. The Board of Directors consists of 10 directors (including 5 outside directors, a 50% outside ratio), and the chairman of the Board of Directors is an outside director (Mr. Toshifumi Kitazawa), separate from the convener (the President). Risk Management
