Climate change risks and opportunities were analyzed based on the TCFD framework, using a "below 2°C scenario" and a "4°C scenario." Combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for FY2026 (ending March 2026) totaled 1,583.68 tCO2, and the company is also working to reduce CO2 through afforestation activities on former coal mine sites (totaling 64.4 ha). In terms of human capital, KPIs have been set to maintain a 100% regular health checkup participation rate, a 100% paid leave utilization rate, and improved training participation including reskilling.
